Thomas Dam was a Danish woodworker who designed and invented the original troll doll in 1959.  Thomas did not have money to buy his daughter a Christmas gift and carved her a doll from wood creating the design from his imagination.  The other children saw it and he started craving more and selling them until he raised enough capital to start a small factory and produced the plastic dolls called Good Luck Trolls, but many called them Dam Dolls after Thomas Dam.  In the United States, they were one of the biggest selling toy fads from late 1963 to 1965.  The originals were high quality with sheep wool hair and glass eyes.  Children often rubbed the doll’s long hair, closed their eyes, and made a wish!

    it smells like mixed berry juice to me, but it smells super! the troll is too cute, but I forgot to leave it out of my slime, but that was my fault, i think you should get this one if you like these troll toys!
